The present invention relates to a modular mushroom cultivation system using natural light. According to the present invention, the modular mushroom cultivation system using natural light includes: a container having a door on the front side; multiple natural light emitting units installed and fixed on the ceiling of the container at predetermined intervals; a natural light diffusing means for diffusing the light by interconnecting natural light emitting units; air conditioning ventilation device installed in a rear wall in the container; mushroom culture sterilizing devices installed on a side of the air conditioning ventilation device continuously to use chlorine dioxide; and a mushroom cultivation unit mounting mushroom medium trays on an installation frame arranged on both sides with reference to the width-direction center in the container and the mushroom culture sterilizing devices to cultivate mushrooms. The natural light emitting units and natural light diffusing means are used to supply natural light smoothly for cultivating mushrooms. The mushroom culture sterilizing devices use chlorine dioxide, sulfuric acid, and wood vinegar to promote growth of the mushrooms and sterilize the mushrooms, thereby maximizing the productivity of the mushroom within a predetermined space. The air conditioning ventilation device supplies hot or cold air into the container while purifying the air in order to circulate the inner and outer air through external and internal air ventilation devices included thereby.
