The present invention is a technology related to a pollutant discharge/control device for safely storing, managing, and efficiently discharging pollutants by sucking the pollutants in a vacuum condition. The pollutant discharge/control device according to the present invention comprises a vacuum pump and a trash collecting container for sucking and discharging pollutants. The pollutant discharge/control device comprises machine equipment including the vacuum pump and a control part at the bottom part of the pollutant discharge/control device, the trash collecting container and a water container at the middle position, and a digital display part and a cover part for cleaning pollutants to be treated at the upper position and forming an appearance of the pollutant discharge/control device. The trash collecting container installed at the middle position of the pollutant discharge/control device comprises a trash discharge part at the bottom part of a lid part and a vacuum suction part at the other side, wherein a partition member is installed between the trash discharge part and the vacuum suction part. A discharge trap and a sensor are installed in the vacuum suction part. When trash reaches a predetermined height, the vacuum suction part is blocked, so the pollutants do not flow to an intake fan of the vacuum pump.
