The invention preserves the organoleptic properties similar to fresh dough of corn, with the advantage of facilitating the transportation and storage of the same for long periods of time. Conservando las propiedades organolépticas similares a la masa fresca de elote, con la ventaja de facilitar su transporte y almacenamiento por largos periodos de tiempo. Presentando una oportunidad para el agricultor al permitir realizar dos cultivos en un año, al sembrar una variedad de maíz para elote que se cosecha a tiempo para realizar otro cultivo.
