The present invention relates to a mulching vinyl sheet installation member. The present invention is to provide a mulching vinyl installation member which has a finishing fixation means, joined to have an attachable and detachable structure to the left and right end portions and sides of a polyethylene film sheet (a mulching vinyl sheet) to be mulched, enables work for installing the mulching vinyl sheet to be performed in a rapid and convenient manner with a pin insertion guiding function by the joined finishing fixation means, a snagging and holding function of an inserted pin, and stable and close ground contact and pressing functions, eliminates a conventional mulching vinyl sheet burying process using soil, accordingly prevents the polyethylene film sheet (the mulching vinyl sheet) from being used more than a needed installation area, and can significantly increase economic efficiency and enhance handing properties. The mulching vinyl sheet installation member comprises the finishing fixation means. The finishing fixation means comprises an upper fixation band comprising pin insertion holes and a plurality of joining protrusions which are formed and arranged, and a lower fixation band comprising pin guiding holes, matched to the pin insertion holes, and a plurality of joining grooves joined to the joining protrusions which are formed and arranged.
