A method of estimating at least one intracranial hemodynamic parameter in a subject, the method comprising: a) obtaining data of changes in electrical impedance across the subjects head as a function of time b) analyzing the data and c) estimating one or more of intracranial pressure, cerebral blood volume, and a factor related to at least one of cerebral perfusion pressure and a mean transit time through cerebral capillaries.Linvention concerne un procédé permettant dévaluer au moins un paramètre hémodynamique intracrânien chez un patient. Ce procédé consiste : a) à obtenir des données de changement dimpédance électrique dans le crâne du patient en fonction de la durée b) à analyser ces données et c) à évaluer au moins la pression intracrânienne, le volume sanguin cérébral ou un facteur associé à au moins la pression de perfusion cérébrale ou un temps de circulation moyen à travers les capillaires cérébraux.
