The present invention relates to a concrete artificial reef for seaweed submerged in the seabed of coastal seas and used to create a marine forest. More specifically, the artificial reef for seaweed to reduce pirate organisms is configured such that engraftment rods protruding at a predetermined height are disposed, at regular intervals, on an outer surface of a reef main body with a trapezoidal cross section, a blocking frame and a blocking tube, made of a copper material, are connected respectively to an edge of a lower end side of the reef main body and an outer surface of an upper end of each engraftment rod, and an engraftment groove is formed in an upper surface of each engraftment rod to induce rooting of seaweed or connect a breed yarn string to which germinated spores of seaweed are transplanted. Accordingly, the blocking frame on the lower end side of the reef main body can primarily suppress pirate organisms which prey on the seaweed such as sea urchin and abalone from climbing up from the sea bed to a surface of the reef main body. The blocking tube on the upper side of each engraftment rod can prevent the pirate organisms such as sea urchin and abalone attached to and grown on the surface of the seaweed main body from climbing up to the upper surface of each engraftment rod. Through this, it is possible to prevent the pirate organisms from damaging various types of seaweed rooted on the upper surface of each engraftment rod, and thus, the seaweed can safely and densely grow at an outer side of the reef main body.
