The present invention provides a wearable medical support for delivery of a treatment to the nose of a subject comprising: a nose mask formed from a heat moldable sheet of thermoplastic material, said nose mask comprises an aperture dimensioned to fit the nose of the subject, said aperture is flanked by two flaps whereby each flap is configured to be in contact with at least part of a lateral side of the nose； and a device configured to close fit said aperture, said device is provided at one end with an opening for receiving the nose and at the other end with at least one coupling suitable to be connected to one or more tubes for delivery of the treatment to the nose. The present invention further provides a sheet of heat moldable thermoplastic material for molding a mask directly on a subject's nose.La présente invention concerne un support médical portatif pour l'administration d'un traitement au nez d'un sujet, ledit support médical comprenant : un masque nasal formé à partir d'une feuille thermomoulable en un matériau thermoplastique, ledit masque nasal comprend une ouverture dimensionnée pour s'ajuster au nez du sujet, ladite ouverture étant flanquée de deux rabats, chacun des rabats étant configuré pour être en contact avec au moins une partie d'un côté latéral du nez ； et un dispositif configuré pour s'ajuster étroitement à ladite ouverture, ledit dispositif étant doté au niveau d'une extrémité d'une ouverture pour recevoir le nez et au niveau de l'autre extrémité d'au moins un raccord adapté à être raccordé au ou aux tubes pour l'administration du traitement au nez. La présente invention concerne en outre une feuille de matériau thermoplastique thermomoulable pour mouler un masque directement sur le nez d'un sujet.
