SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an aseptic system 1 which is provided with a filling device 3 (operating device) disposed inside an aseptic chamber 2 to perform a required operation, and with a glove 7 allowing an operator to insert a hand from the outside into the aseptic chamber 2 to perform the operation inside the aseptic chamber. The aseptic system has: a glove port 21 which is mounted to the aseptic chamber 2, and to which the glove 7 is attached； and a cover 22 which covers an insertion aperture 21A of the glove port 21 outside the aseptic chamber 2.
