PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope that enables an operator to perform operation of rotating an insertion part while operating a rotation operation part with fingers of a hand holding an operation part without releasing the hand from the insertion part during an operation.SOLUTION: An endoscope 1 comprises: an insertion part 2 having a bendable curved part 6 an operation part 3 which is provided at a base end part of the insertion part 2, provided with a curvature lever 8 for curving the curved part 6, and gripped by an operator an insertion part rotation mechanism part 20 that connects the insertion part 2 to the operation part 3 rotatably a rotary lever 30 which is provided in the operation part 3 and operated by fingers of a hand of the operator who grips the operation part 3 a rotation mechanism part 40 which is provided inside the operation part 3 and rotates in conjunction with the operation of the rotary lever 30 and a transmission part 50 for transmitting the rotation of the rotation mechanism part 40 to the insertion part rotation mechanism part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】術中において操作者が挿入部から手を離すこと無く、且つ、操作部を把持している手の指で回動操作部を操作して挿入部を回動させる操作を行える内視鏡を提供する。【解決手段】内視鏡1は、湾曲可能な湾曲部6を有する挿入部2と、挿入部2の基端部に設けられ、湾曲部6を湾曲操作するための湾曲レバー8が設けられた、操作者によって把持される操作部3と、挿入部2を操作部3に対して回動可能に連結する挿入部回動機構部20と、操作部3に設けられ、操作部3を把持する操作者の手の手指により操作される回転レバー30と、操作部3内に設けられ、回転レバー30の操作に連動して回転する回転機構部40と、回転機構部40の回転を挿入部回動機構部20に伝達する伝達部50と、を具備する。【選択図】図2
