PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of an auxiliary speed change switching mechanism.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter comprises an auxiliary speed change switching mechanism (71) for switching the travelling state of a travel vehicle body (2) to one of travelling states of a first speed, and second and third speeds that are faster than the first speed. The auxiliary speed change switching mechanism (71) includes: a relay shaft (76) that is rotated by power from an engine (20) a planting transmission member (74) provided on a planting main transmission shaft (82) that transmits driving force to a seedling planting part (4), and permanently engaged with a transmission member (75c) provided on the relay shaft (76) and an auxiliary speed change switching shaft (72) to which power is transmitted from the relay shaft (76), and which is rotated at a rotational speed after a speed change.
