A hydrotherapy apparatus (2) comprising at least one door (12) , affixed thereto, operable between an open condition in which access is provided to an interior of the apparatus (2) and a closed condition in which access is prevented to an interior of the apparatus, wherein the apparatus (2) is provided with a door closing mechanism having a first engagement condition and a second engagement condition wherein movement of the mechanism from the first engagement condition to the second is arranged to draw the door (12) against a frame (352) to which it abuts. Floats on the sides of the apparatus to keep an animal away from the sides are described and claimed. Chairs, exercise bicycles, treedmills and jet apparatuses could be used in this hydrotherapy apparatus .Cette invention concerne un appareil dhydrothérapie (2) comportant au moins une porte (12) qui est fixée à celui-ci et qui peut passer dune position ouverte qui permet daccéder à lintérieur de lappareil (2) à une position fermée qui ne permet pas daccéder à lintérieur de lapparei, et inversement. Lappareil (2) est équipé dun mécanisme de fermeture de porte présentant un premier état dengagement et un deuxième état dengagement. Lorsque le mécanisme passe du premier état dengagement au deuxième état dengagement, la porte (12) est tirée contre un cadre (352) sur lequel elle sappuie.
