PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of inspecting dialysate administered to a human body in real time, detecting biological particles and counting the number of biological particles in dialysate, and immediately making notification if there is abnormality.SOLUTION: The technology includes: a dialysate distribution means for distributing the dialysate for blood dialysis or hemofiltration a dialysate diversion means for diverging some of the dialysate distributed by the dialysate distribution means before administered to the human body a light emitting means for radiating light of a prescribed wavelength toward the dialysate diverged by the dialysate diversion means and a biological particle determination means for determining whether or not a substance contained in the dialysate are biological particles on the basis of autofluorescence out of light which is radiated by mutual reaction of the substance contained in the dialysate and light irradiated by the light emitting means.
