The endoscope cover has: a cover main body having an annular section and being attached to the tip-constituting section along the longitudinal axis； a recessed engagement section provided in the cover main body and engaged to the protruding engagement section of the tip-constituting section； and a groove provided in a section including a base end of the annular section, said groove having the protruding engagement section arranged therein when engagement with the recessed engagement section by the protruding engagement section is released when the cover main body is rotated relative to the tip-constituting section, in a circumferential direction around the longitudinal axis.Cette invention concerne une gaine de protection d'endoscope, destinée à s'insérer dans une partie d'insertion en saillie de la partie formant pointe de l'endoscope.
