PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a lifting motion control of a seedling planting device by a lifting cylinder in a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A rice transplanter 1 comprises: a seedling planting device 23 which is mounted on a traveling machine body 2 vertically movably a lifting cylinder 39 which lifts up/down the seedling planting device 23 and a lifting selector valve 99 which controls the lifting motion of the seedling planting device 23 by the lifting cylinder 39. The lifting selector valve 99 can be switched between a supply position 99a where hydraulic oil is supplied to the lifting cylinder 39 and a discharge position 99b where the hydraulic oil is discharged from the lifting cylinder 39. An electromagnetic on-off valve 101 is arranged in an oil passage 100 from the lifting selector valve 99 to the lifting cylinder 39.
