PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic apparatus and an image processing device capable of controlling generation of artifacts in the periphery of defective pixels.
SOLUTION: A grid 40, in which absorbing parts 42 with a high radiation absorption rate and transmitting parts 44 with a small radiation absorption rate are alternately disposed, for removing scattering components of the radiation generated when the radiation transmits a subject is disposed on the irradiation side, to which radiation is applied, of image receiving faces of an X-ray detector 20 for capturing a radiation image. In this state, the radiation image is subjected to a filtering process for removing a periodic pattern generated in the grid 40 from the radiation image captured by the X-ray detector 20 by changing a filtering coefficient according to the difference in the pixel value between adjacent pixels.
