PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic apparatus and an image processing device capable of restraining generation of artifacts in the periphery of defective pixels.
SOLUTION: Defective pixel information, which represents positions of defective pixels generated in a radiation image corresponding to a defective part of an X-ray detector 20, is stored in a HDD 58, and an image process for removing a cyclic pattern in the radiation image caused by a grid is performed by adding the defective pixel information stored in the HDD 58 while reducing the effects of the defective pixels from the radiation image captured by the X-ray detector 20.
