The invention describes a stevia sweetener that includes one or more glycosylated steviol glycosides and one or more steviol glycoside, in solid or liquid form, where the glycosylated steviol glycoside is used to improve the taste and solubility of the composition and has been derived from a steviol glycoside composition that comprises rebaudioside A in a range from 20 to 40 weight percent.
