PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an artificial limb which can be easily manufactured, provide a good wearing feel, and wearing appearance just similar to an unimpaired state to reduce a users mental pain and an artificial limb manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shape of a stump 2 of a human body on which a loss occurs is measured by three-dimensional measurement means 3, a three-dimensional shape of a healthy human body 5 is measured by the three-dimensional measurement means 3, three-dimensional model data 7 of an artificial limb 11 reproducing a three-dimensional shape of an artificial limb socket 11A fitting the stump 2 and the healthy human body 5 are calculated by calculation processing of an information processing device 8, a three-dimensional model 10 of a hard material in a three-dimensional shape according to the three-dimensional model data 7 is molded by three-dimensional molding means 9, and the artificial limb 11 of a soft material is formed using the three-dimensional model 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡単に製造可能であると共に装着感がよく、かつ、装着時の外観が健常な状態と酷似しており、使用者の精神的な苦痛を軽減することができる義肢および義肢作成方法を提供する。【解決手段】 欠損が生じた人体の断端2の立体形状を三次元計測手段3によって計測し、かつ、健常な人体5の立体形状を三次元計測手段3によって計測し、前記断端2に嵌合する義肢ソケット部11Aと健常な人体5の三次元形状を再現する義肢11の立体モデルデータ7を情報処理装置8の演算処理により算出し、この立体モデルデータ7に従った立体形状の硬質素材による立体モデル10を三次元造形手段9によって造形し、この立体モデル10を用いて軟質素材による義肢11を形成する。【選択図】図1
