According to one embodiment, there is provided an anti-vibration structure for an operation lever of a portable brush cutter, in which a lever device includes: a main body through which a pole is inserted in an axial direction, the main body including protrusions protruding from both ends in the axial direction support members provided on the pole to support the both ends of the main body such that the main body is separated from the pole, each support member including a recess and anti-vibration materials accommodated in the recesses of the support members so as to be sandwiched between the support members and the main body in the axial direction, respectively, each anti-vibration material including a groove to which a respective one of the protrusions of the main body is inserted.
