PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment and detachment device of an electrical mounting coupler automatically and surely carrying out electric connection between connector parts.SOLUTION: The attachment and detachment device of an electrical mounting coupler includes a male-side couple 10 on a running machine side, and a female-side couple 30 on an operation machine side. The male-side coupler 10 includes a first slant induction part 11a and a first linear induction part 11b on an outer side face, a second slant induction part 11c and a second linear induction part 11d on an inner side face of the induction part, a male side connector part 13 having a plurality of electrodes near an inner side center part of the induction part, and a third slant induction part 13a and a third linear induction part 13b on the above outer side face.
