PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad holder which can be pulled down to remove with the periphery of the leg-opening saved from entangling with the leg (particularly the thigh) of a wearer, is excellent in wearability, and hardly causes the periphery of the opening to be folded back and an absorptive pad to be exposed.
SOLUTION: The pad holder is a pants-shaped pad holder which is made to comprise an elastic sheet, has a waist-opening and a pair of leg-openings, and is worn with an absorptive pad put on the skin-facing surface of the crotch part, wherein the periphery of the leg-opening has a stress relaxation rate of 30-60% after it is elongated by 80% for 10 minutes.
