PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing composite particles of pharmaceutical bulk powders and pharmaceutical additives, in which the contamination generated in the step of crushing pharmaceutical bulk powders can be removed by simplifying the production step of composite particles of pharmaceutical bulk powders and pharmaceutical additives.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method for producing composite particles of pharmaceutical bulk powders and pharmaceutical additives characterized by pulverizing pharmaceutical bulk powders using pharmaceutical additives as a grinding medium, and by attaching the pulverized pharmaceutical bulk powders to the surface of the pharmaceutical additives during performing a dry composite process of the mixture of pharmaceutical bulk powders and pharmaceutical additives and to composite particles produced by this production method. The pharmaceutical bulk powders are not limited to the bulk powders of poorly soluble pharmaceuticals. As pharmaceutical additives, various starches, such as cornstarch, and various partial structure modification starches and the like, such as sodium carboxymethyl starch, can be utilized. Further polyethylene glycol (PEG) bulk powders, AEROSIL, and the like can be mixed into this mixture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】医薬品原末と医薬品添加剤の複合粒子の製造工程を簡略化し、医薬品原末の粉砕工程で生じる汚染を排除することができる、医薬品原末と医薬品添加剤の複合粒子の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】医薬品原末と医薬品添加剤との混合物に乾式複合化処理を施す間に、医薬品添加剤を粉砕媒体として医薬品原末を粉砕し、かつ、粉砕された医薬品原末を医薬品添加剤の表面に付着させることを特徴とする、医薬品原末と医薬品添加剤の複合粒子の製造方法及びこの製造方法で製造された複合粒子である。医薬品原末は難溶性医薬品の原末に限定されない。医薬品添加剤は、コーンスターチ等の各種スターチ、デンプングリコール酸ナトリウムやカルボキシメチルスタートナトリウム等の各種部分的構造改変スターチ類等を利用できる。更に、この混合物にポリエチレングリコール(PEG)原末やアエロジル等を混合することができる。【選択図】図3
