PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sterilized sauce having the sense of existence of ingredients even after passing through a heat sterilizing process and a long preservation term, and well balanced with a sauce part.SOLUTION: The heat sterilized sauce includes two kinds of separately packaged sauces, and is eaten after mixing the two kinds of sauces at mealtime. In the sauce, the two kinds of sauces include the following sauces (1) and (2): (1) the sauce containing a sauce part including a liquid material or a fluid material consisting mainly of water, and substantially containing no ingredients and (2) the sauce containing a sauce part including a liquid material or a fluid material consisting mainly of water, and containing ingredients.
