An object of the present invention is to provide a compound or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof which is used for promoting osteogenesis, improving bone metabolism, preventing or treating bone fracture, preventing or treating a disease associated with bone metabolism, or in the field of orthopedics for the promotion of healing of bone fracture, a bone defect, and bone diseases such as osteoarthritis as well as in the field of dentistry for the treatment of periodontal disease and the stabilization of artificial tooth root. This object is achieved by a compound represented by the following general formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, wherein each substituent is defined as follows: R 1 : a halogen atom or the like； R 2 : a hydrogen atom or the like； R 3 : a hydrogen atom or the like； R 4 : a hydrogen atom or the like； and A: a heterocyclic group or the like.
