PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stain removing agent for skin capable of removing skin stains such as an oil stain on hands without using water nor generating surfactant-containing waste water.SOLUTION: The invention relates to the stain removing agent for skin including the surfactant and powdery crystalline cellulose (water-insoluble) and formed into a thermally reversible gel or paste, or foam state by adding a thickener (gelling agent) to a liquid state diluted by a volatile aqueous solvent.
