PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and structure for farming capable of rooting a floating larva of a bivalve submerging in sand, and growing the larva to a young shell or adult shellfish.SOLUTION: A fence 1 is prepared in a location where water flows from the flux or the reflux. A perforated tube 2 is installed inside the fence 1. A power-particle body 31 with a large diameter is filled at the bottom of the fence 1, and a power-particle body 32 with a small diameter is filled thereon. A separation net 4 is provided between the power-particle body 31 and the power-particle body 32. The upper surface of the fence 1 is covered with a net-shaped member 5. The power diameter of the power-particle body 31 is preferably within a range of 20-50 mm, and the power diameter of the power-particle body 32 is preferably within a range of 1-19 mm. The entire or part of the power-particle body 32 is preferably comprised of either an oyster shell processed solid material or a crushed rock of lime stone.【課題】潜砂性二枚貝の浮遊幼生を着底させて稚貝又は成貝にまで成長させることのできる養殖方法及び養殖用構造物を提供する。【解決手段】潮の干満により水が流動する場所に囲い1を作製し、囲い1内に有孔管2を敷設する。そして、囲い1内の下部に粒径の大きい粉粒体31を充填し、その上に粒径の小さい粉粒体32を充填する。粉粒体31と粉粒体32との間には分離用ネット4を設ける。そして、囲い1の上面を、網状部材5で覆う。粉粒体31の粒径としては20mm~50mmの範囲が好ましく、粉粒体32の粒径としては1mm~19mmの範囲が好ましい。また、粉粒体32の全部又は一部を、カキ殻加工固形物及び石灰石の砕石の少なくとも一方とするのが好ましい。【選択図】図2
