The present invention relates to a salt production system capable of washing, dehydrating, and drying salt containing foreign matters and inoculating an enzyme into the salt, and an apparatus for inoculating an enzyme into salt. According to the present invention, a salt production system capable of inoculating an enzyme into salt includes a salt feeder, a salt washer, a dehydrator, a drier, and an enzyme inoculator. The salt production system performs operations of moving the salt from the salt feeder to the salt washer, washing the salt by the salt washer, dehydrating the washed salt by the dehydrator, drying the dehydrated salt by the dryer, cooling the dried salt, and inoculating the enzyme into the cooled salt by the enzyme inoculator. In addition, according to the present invention, an apparatus for inoculating an enzyme into salt includes: a cylindrical chamber having an opening into which the salt and the enzyme are injected a frame for supporting the cylindrical chamber to be rotated and a motor for rotating the cylindrical chamber. The opening is provided therein with a salt introduction tube for introducing the salt into the cylindrical chamber and an enzyme introduction nozzle disposed near the salt introduction tube to spray the enzyme into the salt which is introduced. The cylindrical chamber has a predetermined inclination angle with respect to the horizontal direction and is rotated by a motor.
