The present invention relates to a ventilation system for removing odor to remove odor or dust generated from an odor generation chamber such as a livestock shed in which domestic animals are bred and a compost fermentation place. The ventilation system includes a collection chamber which has a collection space which is installed on one side of the odor generation chamber, communicates with the odor generation chamber, and collects odor or dust generated from an odor generation chamber, and discharges the odor or dust to the other side of the collection space, a washing unit which washes odor or dust by spraying a washing solution while dropping the odor or dust with a washing solution to the bottom surface of the collection chamber, and a drainage unit which is prepared in the collection chamber, collects odor or dust and waste water dropped to the bottom surface of the collection chamber, purifies the collected waste water, and drains the waste water outside. The collection chamber includes plastic panels which are formed with collection spaces while shielding one side of the odor generation chamber, and a reinforcing rib which is integrally prepared on the surface of the plastic panel and enhances reinforced rigidity of the plastic panel.
