摘要：: Disclosed herein are anti-hGM-CSF monoclonal antibodies and antigen-binding fragments of such antibodies, with improved neutralizing capacity to hGM-CSF activity. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising such an antibody or antigen-binding fragment are also provided. The present invention is useful for the treatment of various diseases that are associated with aberrant expression of hGM-CSF.本文揭露對hGM-CSF活性之中和能力改善的抗-hGM-CSF單株抗體與上述抗體之抗原結合片段。亦提出包含上述抗體或抗原結合片段之藥學組合物。本發明係用於治療多種與hGM-CSF異常表現相關之疾病。
