The present invention comprises formulations for agricultural use comprising a surfactant and pesticide. The surfactants comprise nitrogen containing surfactants with N+&mdash；CH2COO&minus；, N+&mdash；CH2COOCH3, N&mdash；CH2COO&minus；M+, N&mdash；CH2CH2COO&minus；M+, and/or amine oxide functionalities which enhance the pesticide activity.
