PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a chocolate snack having suction sensation similar to that of a cigarette for giving satisfaction to a request smoking a cigarette.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a chocolate snack having suction sensation similar to that of a cigarette, comprising the following steps: the first step where coarse grained cacao nibs pulverized into 1.5 to 0.4 mm with the three tenths of the total amount of the cacao nibs as the main are made, and fine-grained cacao nibs pulverized into 0.4 mm or lower with the seven tenths of the total amount as the main are made; the second step where the cacao nibs are mixed with a sweetener of a suitable amount; the third step where the raw material is subjected to double-boiling while being stirred, and a part of the cacao nibs is dissolved; the fourth step where the same is charged to a bar-shaped mold and is cooled and solidified; and the fifth step where the same is baked, is further cooled and is thereafter dried into a chocolate snack.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】タバコを吸いたいという要求に対する満足感を与えるための、タバコ同様の吸引感覚を有するチョコレート菓子の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】タバコと同様の吸引感覚を有するチョコレート菓子の製造方法であって、以下の工程を有する製造方法。第1に、カカオニブの総量の3割を主として1.5mm以下0.4mmに粉砕した粗粒子カカオニブとし、総量の7割を主として0.4mm以下に粉砕した細粒子カカオニブとする。第2に、前記カカオニブを適量の甘味料と混ぜる。第3に、撹拌しながら原材料を湯煎し、カカオニブの一部を溶かす。第4に、棒状のモールドに入れ、冷やして固める。第5に、その後焼き、更に、冷やした後、乾燥させ、チョコレート菓子とする。【選択図】図1
