- 本发明公开了香茅醛在制备抑制铜绿假单胞菌毒力和致病力制剂中的应用。本发明发现香茅醛不会抑制铜绿假单胞菌PAO1菌株的生长,但能够显著抑制该菌的三个群体感应系统las、rhl和pqs,同时抑制由这三个群体感应系统调控的毒力因子的产生,包括胞外蛋白酶LasA、弹性蛋白酶LasB、绿脓菌素、生物膜、几丁质酶ChiC、外毒素A和凝集素LecB等。因此可用于抑制铜绿假单胞菌的毒力和致病力,减轻对感染宿主的伤害。
