PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily manufacturable medical base material having a three-dimensional structure and being suited to a tissue regeneration or cell proliferation for a defected part of a living body.
SOLUTION: This collagen base material is a three-dimensional net structure composed of collagen filament. The collagen filament has the three-dimensional net structure to retain the three-dimensional shape of the three-dimensional net structure, so that this collagen base material can easily provide the three-dimensional medical base material. This collagen base material is used for various types of culture base materials such as implant cell culture base material in the regeneration medicine or for various types of supplemental materials or prosthetic materials inducing guided regeneration by supplementing the defective part of the living body.
