An infrared lamp is mounted within a frame and an enclosure is attached around the frame in order to create a portable infrared sauna tent. The frame is formed from horizontal tubular members and vertical tubular members, which can be arranged into a cube shape through the use of corner brackets. The enclosure includes a left wall, right wall, and foldable three-panel wall. The left wall and the right wall are attached to opposite sides of the enclosure through the use of hook-and-loop fasteners. The foldable three -panel wall is placed atop the enclosure, with its two side panels being attached to the enclosure through the use of hook-and-loop fasteners. A door is integrated into one of the side panels of the foldable three -panel wall, allowing for human entry to the interior of the enclosure.
