PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction device capable of smoothly performing suction in an oral cavity.SOLUTION: A suction device includes a cylindrical suction tube (20), and a cylindrical cap (30) having the tip of the suction tube inserted and having a bottom on one side to be arranged so as to cover the tip of the suction tube, the suction tube has a suction port (21) being a cylindrical hole communicating in an inner and outer manner on an outer peripheral part and is provided with a suction tube side notch part (22) being a thinly formed part at the tip of the opposite side of the suction port across an axis line, and the cap includes an opening (31) at a position overlapping the suction port, a wall part (32) erecting from the edge of the opening, a brush (33) arranged on the end face of the wall part, and also includes a cap side notch part (34) being a part that is thinly formed at a position corresponding to the suction tube side notch part.
