PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain suction of solid matters unintended to be sucked.SOLUTION: A covering member 130 includes: a cylindrical part 131 and a regulation part 400 which regulates movement of solid matters sucked into the cylindrical part 131 (the inside of an inner peripheral face of the cylindrical part 131) to the downstream in the suction direction (movement in the right upper direction in the representative figure). A solid matter such as a prosthesis or an absorbent cotton used for a medical treatment is sometimes sucked during medical care.
