The present invention relates to a novel molecular marker for pancreatic cancer stem cells and pancreatic cancer, to a marker detection method, and to a screening method. The present invention is a marker discovered from the cell lines of pancreatic cancer, wherein the marker may detect pancreatic cancer, in particular early pancreatic cancer, through the detection of a pancreatic cancer stem cell marker. In addition, the marker of the present invention may enable an accurate diagnosis and prognosis analysis of pancreatic cancer.La présente invention concerne un nouveau marqueur moléculaire pour des cellules souches du cancer du pancréas et pour le cancer du pancréas, un procédé de détection de marqueur et un procédé de criblage. La présente invention concerne un marqueur découvert à partir des lignées cellulaires du cancer du pancréas, le marqueur pouvant détecter le cancer du pancréas, en particulier le cancer du pancréas précoce, par la détection dun marqueur de cellules souches du cancer du pancréas. De plus, le marqueur de la présente invention peut permettre une analyse de diagnostic et de pronostic précise du cancer du pancréas.본 발명은 췌장암 줄기세포 및 췌장암에 대한 신규한 분자 마커, 마커 검출 방법 및 스크리닝 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 췌장암 세포주로부터 발굴된 마커로서, 췌장암 줄기세포 마커 검출을 통하여 췌장암, 특히 조기의 췌장암을 검출할 수 있는 마커이다. 또한, 본 발명의 마커를 이용하면 췌장암을 정확하게 진단 및 예후를 분석 할 수 있다.
