The present invention relates to an automatic transferable shoe sterilizer having an air purifying function. More specifically, the present invention relates to a shoe sterilizer which has a transferring rail formed therein to automatically transfer a shoe therein, and includes carbon fibers to remove ultrafine dust and natural phytoncide to perform sterilization and emit fragrances, so transferring and purification are automatically performed therein. To this end, according to the present invention, a shoe is accommodated from the outside and is automatically transferred into the automatic transferable shoe sterilizer by using a transferring device for automatically transferring a carbon fiber plate (11) made to be lightweight and through movement a front surface (14) having FRP attached thereto, and vacuum drying is performed for approximately 15 minutes at 60 by means of a vacuum pump (15).
