The device has belts placed around a rigid support (S). A double stabilizing unit stabilizes the head of a user in sitting or lying position, and stabilizes a cushion (1) placed around the support by a fabric strip (2). Buttons of the belts are placed around the support using Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener). A stretchable band (3) is arranged in front of the user head so as to maintain the user head on the support.L'invention concerne un dispositif amovible de stabilisation de la tête constitué d' un coussin (1) que l'on fixe autour d'un support rigide (type appui-tête de véhicule) (S) à l'aide d'une bande de tissu extensible (ou de deux bandes jointes) (3) reliée au coussin. L'utilisateur pose ensuite l'arrière de sa tête sur le coussin puis il enserre son front d'une autre bande de tissu (ou de deux bandes jointes) (2) reliée elles aussi au coussin de manière à maintenir et stabiliser sa tête permettant ainsi un meilleur repos. Amovible, doté d'un dispositif de double stabilisation, l'accessoire est particulièrement recommandé pour les passagers dans les transports aériens, ferroviaires, automobiles ou autres.
