PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aroma providing device capable of enhancing accuracy of aroma provided, and to provide an aroma providing apparatus.SOLUTION: An aroma providing apparatus includes: an evaporation vessel 10 in which an inlet in which air enters and an outlet from which air goes out are formed a ventilation unit 13 for circulating air between the inlet and the outlet and perfume holders 15a-15c attached to the evaporation vessel 10. The perfume holders 15a-15c have a surface from which liquid perfume evaporates at a portion disposed inside the evaporation vessel 10.
