PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aroma providing device capable of enhancing accuracy of aroma provided, and to provide an aroma providing apparatus.SOLUTION: An aroma providing apparatus includes: an evaporation vessel 10 in which an inlet in which air enters and an outlet from which air goes out are formed a ventilation unit 13 for circulating air between the inlet and the outlet and perfume holders 15a-15c having a surface from which liquid perfume evaporates. Changing units 19a-19c change an area of a portion that is exposed to an interior of the evaporation vessel 10 in a surface of the perfume holders 15a-15c by displacement of the perfume holders 15a-15c for the evaporation vessel 10.
