CONSTITUTION: A dispenser for toilet-bowl washing liquid(1) comprises a container(50), a base(10), a housing member(20), a plate(30), and a hook(40). The container holds washing liquid and sends the washing liquid to the lower part of the container through a lower outlet. The base holds the container. The housing member is coupled to the inner floor of the base and holds a portion of the washing liquid flowing out of the container. The plate is connected to the rear lower part of the base.
