The present invention relates to a drug carrier for dual drug release and, more specifically, to a drug carrier wherein, by a structure of: a core rod in which a first drug and a first biocompatible polymer are mixed； and a shell in which a second drug and a second biocompatible polymer are mixed, a drug can be sequentially released and can also be continuously released. According to the drug carrier according to the present invention, a dual drug can be sequentially/continuously released, and thus, the number of times of drug administration can be reduced, and accordingly, side effects can also be minimized.La présente invention concerne un support de médicament pour une libération de médicament double et, plus spécifiquement, un support de médicament dans lequel, -au moyen d'une structure formée: d'une tige centrale dans laquelle un premier médicament et un premier polymère biocompatible sont mélangés； et d'une coque dans laquelle un second médicament et un second polymère biocompatible sont mélangés-, un médicament peut être libéré de manière séquentielle et peut également être libéré en continu. Avec le support de médicament selon la présente invention, un médicament double peut être libéré de manière séquentielle/continue, et ainsi, le nombre de fois où se produit l'administration de médicament peut être réduit, et par conséquent, les effets secondaires peuvent également être réduits au minimum.본 발명은 이중 약물 방출을 위한 약물 전달체에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 제1 약물과 제1 생체 적합성 고분자가 혼합된 코어 로드(core rod) 및, 제2 약물과 제2 생체 적합성 고분자가 혼입된 쉘(shell) 구조에 의해 약물이 순차적으로 방출될 뿐만 아니라 지속적으로 방출될 수 있는 약물 전달체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 약물 전달체에 따르면, 이중 약물이 순차적/지속적으로 방출될 수 있도록 함으로써 약물 투여 횟수를 줄일 수 있으며, 이에 따라 부작용도 최소화할 수 있다.
