The present invention relates to novel compounds as HIF-1&alpha； inhibitors, manufacturing process thereof, and a pharmaceutical compositions. The compounds according to the present invention having inhibition activity against HIF-1&alpha；, can be used as a therapeutic prevention and/or treatment for various solid cancers such as colon cancer, liver cancer, stomach cancer and breast cancer. Also, the compounds according to the present invention are useful in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy and rheumatoid arthritis, which are aggravated by HIF-1&alpha；-mediated VEGFA expression.본 발명은 HIF-1α 활성을 저해하는 신규 화합물, 이의 제조방법, 및 이를 포함하는 약학적 조성물 등에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 화합물은 HIF-1α 활성을 저해하여 대장암, 간암, 위암 및 유방암 등의 다양한 고형암 질환의 예방 및/또는 치료제로 사용될 수 있으며, 또한, 저산소 상태에서 HIF-1α에 의한 VEGFA의 발현이 증가되어 악화되는 당뇨병성 망막증이나 류마티스성 관절염 예방 및/또는 치료제 개발에 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
