PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods of propagating viruses within the cells by culturing and maintaining viral infected adherent cells for a long period of time without detaching from a support, i.e. adherent cell susceptible virus culture methods.SOLUTION: A culture method of a virus comprises adhering viral infected adherent cells to a fiber material support, and filling a culture vessel with the support to culture the cells, wherein the adhesion rate of the adherent cells is maintained at 90% or more while controlling elimination and addition of a culture medium. Culturing cells while maintaining the adhesion rate of the cell at 90% or more becomes possible by controlling elimination and addition of a culture medium, in the cell culture performed by adhering viral infected adherent cells to a fiber material support and filling a culture vessel with the support.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】 本発明はウイルス感染させた接着性細胞を、支持体から剥離することなく長期間にわたって培養維持することにより当該細胞内のウイルスを増殖する方法、すなわち接着性細胞感受性のウイルス培養方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 ウイルス感染させた接着性細胞を繊維材質の支持体に接着させ、該支持体を培養容器内に充填して細胞培養を行うことを含み、その際、培地の排出と添加を制御しながら該接着性細胞の接着率を９０％以上に維持することを特徴とする、ウイルスの培養方法。ウイルス感染させた接着性細胞を繊維材質の支持体に接着させ、該支持体を培養容器内に充填して行う細胞培養において、培地の排出と添加を制御することで、当該細胞の接着率を90%以上に維持したまま培養することが可能となる。【選択図】なし
