The intelligent health detection circuit comprises a detection touch panel (1) and a controller (2). The controller (2) judges whether a human body touches the detection touch panel (1) by calculating the charging time of a capacitor of the detection touch panel (1), and if so, the controller (2) acquires a detection signal to generate a human body health parameter. Also provided is a detection watch which comprises the intelligent health detection circuit.
