PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly insert a suture needle into a cornea of a donor and a cornea of a recipient without being affected by the level of skill or the like of an operator, and to suture the cornea of the donor and the cornea of the recipient with high reproducibility.SOLUTION: A suture hole creation device includes: an input tool 12 for inputting a suture condition including the shapes and the number of suture times of a cornea 41a of a donor and a cornea 41b of a recipient and hole positions for needle insertion and extraction a medical laser device 20 for forming a tunnel 42 for needle guidance for connecting two hole positions and a control section 35 for controlling an output of the medical laser device 20 so as to set a hole position in the cornea 41a of the donor and a hole position in the cornea 41b of the recipient on the basis of the suture condition, form a plurality of tunnels in a cross-sectional arc shape in respective tissues of the set corneas 41a and 41b and form an implantation incision opening 41x in the cornea 41b of the recipient at the almost same time.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】施術者の熟練度等に左右されることなく、ドナーの角膜及びレシピエントの角膜に縫合針を円滑に挿通できるようにすると共に、ドナーの角膜とレシピエントの角膜とを再現性良く縫合できるようにする。【解決手段】ドナーの角膜41a及びレシピエントの角膜41bの形状、縫合数、針挿抜用の穴位置を含む縫合条件を入力する入力ツール12と、2つの穴位置を結ぶための針誘導用のトンネル42を形成する医療用レーザー装置20と、縫合条件に基づいてドナーの角膜41aにおける穴位置と、及びレシピエントの角膜41bにおける穴位置とを設定し、設定後の角膜41a,41bの各々の組織に複数の断面弧状のトンネルを形成すると共に移植切開口41xをレシピエントの角膜41bにほぼ同時に形成するように医療用レーザー装置20の出力を制御する制御部35とを備えるものである。【選択図】 図1
