PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folded absorbent article that makes a user less unlikely to feel uncomfortable.SOLUTION: An absorbent article comprises: an absorber that absorbs liquid a top sheet covering the absorber in a thickness direction from the skin side of a user and a back sheet that covers the absorber from the non-skin side of the user. In the absorbent article, side flaps are provided, which extend outwards from both sides of the absorber in the lateral direction thereof. A cooling agent is applied to respective specific areas of the side flaps.
