A fastening system (10) comprises a driving tool (12) having a driving shaft and a fastener (16) having a fastener shaft. A sleeve (14) is sized and shaped to create an interference fit when installed about the driving shaft of the driving tool. The sleeve is also sized and shaped to create an interference fit when installed about the fastener shaft of the fastener.
