PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic device and a program that are capable of letting a user know accuracy of a measured value.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional coordinate calculation part 12a calculates three-dimensional coordinates individually corresponding to a measurement position specified on an image and each predetermined position in the image. A measurement part 12b measures a size of a subject on the basis of the three-dimensional coordinates corresponding to the measurement position. An uncertainty estimation part 12c calculates an estimate of a variation in the three-dimensional coordinates respectively corresponding to the predetermined positions in the image, and on the basis of the estimation for the variation in the three-dimensional coordinates, calculates the estimation of the variation in the measured values when measuring the size of the subject, with respect to each of the predetermined positions in the image. An image synthesis part 12d synthesizes image data from information showing the variation in the measured values, on the basis of the estimation of the variation in the measured values.
